SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
To provide a 5G network in a contested environment 25 miles south of the Mandalay Bay convention center that would allow the connection of cameras and sensors for a demonstrated search and rescue effort while relaying the information back to the Dell booth where the Nomad truck was serving as the Remote Operating Center.
With the decentralized standalone 5G network connecting edge devices connected 4k cameras, thermal image cameras flown on drones to aid in the beacon detection and life seeking scenario demonstration on the remote network. With edge processing of the information we distributed the real time information to the field team aiding in the simulated rescue while relaying the live feed of information to the Remote Operating Center that was set up in the Dell Booth (Nomad Truck)
We used several HW products that included the NOMAD command vehicle, GXC 5G Radio Platform, Dejero Gateway as well as the Dell 3200 powered by RIDUX managing all of the network RF infrastructure that provided connectivity to the different devices (VHF, 5G, and Wifi).
